What we process and why

Account registration uses your contact name, work email, password for authentication, optional phone and job title, and company registration details. These support sign-in, company review and professional account administration. Google sign-in is optional.

Sample and quotation requests store the details you provide: company, contact, email, optional phone, destination, product or application, volumes, timing and your message. We use these to assess and respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential recipes.

Account and enquiry handling supports steps requested before a contract and account administration; security and misuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Where an order is agreed, order processing supports the contract and applicable accounting obligations.

Storage, providers and existing orders

Lovable Cloud hosts account, enquiry and order records and authentication. Authentication emails and business notices support account and order administration. Existing payment orders use Stripe: billing, delivery and payment details are collected through its payment service. Sureka retains order references and status, not your complete card number. New online payments are paused while written commercial conditions are established.

Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. Your Radiant is a separate service with its own account and privacy conditions; an ordinary visit does not save points in Sureka Store.

Anonymous browsing and discovery

Product information and Dotfly cards need no account. A case enquiry list is kept in your browser storage. Authentication uses browser session storage or cookies to maintain sign-in.

Card exploration and legacy discovery verification can store the SKU, unique explored cards, timestamps and a pseudonymous hash derived from connection address and browser information, for rate limits and replay prevention. Short-lived test handoff credentials do not credit a balance. Network requests also necessarily provide technical connection information to hosting services.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable, by contacting info@sureka.eu. Requests are assessed against applicable obligations. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). You can browse without creating an account and clear stored enquiry selections from the order list.

Information is kept only as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations. Specific retention schedules and provider/international-transfer details are being reviewed; contact us for the current position. We do not promise a fixed deletion period.
