Enquiry and quotation only
An account application, sample request, case selection or quotation enquiry is not a binding order or a promise of supply. New pay-by-card checkout is paused. Pricing, exact packaging, minimum quantities, availability, transport and storage conditions, delivery, taxes, freight, payment and any cancellation or return conditions must be agreed explicitly in a written quotation before any binding order.
There are no default Incoterms, payment deadlines or return promises established by this page. No order is formed merely by submitting an enquiry. Existing agreed orders and payments remain subject to their previously agreed conditions.
Product verification and samples
Some products are awaiting current exact-SKU supplier documentation. Their ordering controls are disabled; viewing a product does not mean it is available to purchase. Request current product specifications and samples. Sample suitability and availability require confirmation; a request does not promise dispatch.
Case quantities mean cases, not individual items. Commercial figures visible to eligible professional accounts are not a binding quotation. Ingredient-solution family ranges are indicative only, excluding VAT and freight. Ingredient explanations are general science, not supplier sourcing claims or dietary advice.
