Helichrysum italicum is also known as Immortelle or Everlasting.
We have two Helichrysum italicums here at Stillpoint Aromatics. This particular one is from our distiller in Corsica and it cointains over 13% italidones! The italidiones are believed to be the skin healing chemical constituants.
The many benefits of Helichrysum italicum include treating burns and wounds, healing of scars both fresh and old.
It is highly anti-inflammatory and is useful for pain and spasms. The high ester content brings a calming, healing aspect to this essential oil.

Corsican Helichrysum Italicum Essential Oil has a rich, potent aroma and striking medicinal qualities, although the yellow flowers appear small and understated.
Helichrysum is known as one of the most powerful oils for skin health and cell regeneration. It can also be an aid in cases of healing physical and emotional trauma.
