Although there are many different omega-3 fatty acids, only EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) represent the direct health benefits for us humans. In nature, pure EPA and DHA are found only in animals and algae.
The form of omega-3 that is considered the best for food supplements is fish oil of regenerated triglycerides, abbreviated rTG (Re-esterified triglycerides). rTG has the same chemical structure as the natural triglyceride form found in fish, but the special manufacturing process means that rTG becomes more effective in the body as both absorption into the body and resistance to rancidity are improved. An additional advantage of the rTG form is the concentration of the important fatty acids EPA and DHA, which is several times higher, which enables the number of capsules to achieve a certain dosage to be kept lower.
How to Use:
1 capsule per day with food, or 2 capsules per day with food.
