Functions:
The thrombolytic mechanisms of nattokinase mainly include the following (as shown in the figure):
- Directly degrade fibrin into small peptides or amino acids;
- Activating urokinase to become urokinase enhances thrombolytic effect;
- Dissolve plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) to maintain the activity of plasminogen activator, thereby activating fibrinolysis and fibrinolytic thrombolysis;
- Stimulate the inner wall of blood vessels to produce endogenous fibrinogen activators, thereby activating fibrinolytic enzymes to achieve thrombolysis.
