Ingredients:
Turmeric extract, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetable capsule (hypromellose), mct oil from coconut, anti-caking agent (calcium salts of phosphoric acid), black pepper extract.

Use:
1-2 capsules per day.
You can also open a capsule and use to make a golden milk. Do this:
2 dl milk of your choice (such as oat, coconut or nut milk). Empty into a capsule Pure Turmeric and 1 tablespoon of ghee, coconut oil or try C8 MCT oil. Mix everything and enjoy.
Note:
The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Larger amounts may have a laxative effect/cause nausea.
This product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

Turmeric contains a high concentration of curcumin , which is the most studied active substance in turmeric. We have also combined the turmeric with black pepper extract because the piperine in black pepper increases the absorption of the turmeric extract.
